Pay Your Bill

Create A New Account

Follow the steps below to create your account on My Provider Link to access your payment portal.

1. Click the link to www.myproviderlink.com.
2. Click the green button at the upper left of the screen.
3. Complete all fields in your Account Profile.
1. Account Number: this can be found in the table on the upper right corner of your bill. It will consist of the first three letters of your last name and the first two letters of your first name followed by three numbers. For instance, John Doe would be DOEJA000.

2. Form ID: this can be found in the table on the upper right corner of your bill in the last row, to the right of the black “Online Pay” heading. It will be in parentheses after the My Provider Link web address.

4. Sign in.
1. Password:Your password must be 6-15 characters and is not case-sensitive.
2. Confirm Password:Type your password again to confirm it.
5. Choose your bill delivery preference.
1. Here, you can choose how you want to receive your bills in the future.
6. Click the green and you are all set!

Pay As A Guest

With this option, you can pay your invoice without creating or signing into your account. However, if you would like to see your account/payment history, you will have to sign in or create a new account.

Click the "Continue" button and you are all set!
